Inventory for tattoo artists
Catch expired ink before it's on your client.
Nothing goes into a client past its date. Thirty seconds a box is all it takes, and nothing on the shelf goes to waste.
We'll write once, when it's ready to install — and sooner than that if we're picking studios to test it early.

Nothing saves until you approve it. Wrong field? Take a second photo. Real bottle, real shelf. Expired 3 months ago — you'd have been warned May 1.
No manual entry
Your camera does the typing. You do the tattooing.
-
01
Shoot it
Point your camera at any ink bottle or cartridge box. The app reads the brand, lot number, and expiry date automatically.
-
02
Check it
Verify the reading on screen. If a curved label looks fuzzy, take a second photo and tap the right match.
-
03
Forget it
Your logbook updates automatically. Get phone alerts 30 days before expiration and print audit reports in one tap.
Instead of a spreadsheet
You don't need to know Excel.
Everyone's got the half-finished one somewhere — three columns filled in, untouched since March of last year.
This one fills itself in from a photo, and puts whatever's closest to going off at the top without being asked.

When someone asks
Hand the whole list over in one tap.
Every bottle, every lot number, every date — out as a file when someone official asks for it.
The alternative is an afternoon copying eight-character codes off the bottom of bottles, which is how it usually goes.
or save it as a file
Before you join
What people ask first.
Built for my partner, a tattoo artist who got sick of writing open dates on every label in Sharpie.
What does it cost?
Free during closed beta. Public pricing will be a low monthly subscription, but beta testers get founding-member rates.
Does it scan barcodes?
No, because the barcodes on tattoo supplies don’t track lot numbers or expiration dates — the two things health inspectors actually check. Reading the printed label directly gives you everything in one shot.
Will it work for anything other than tattoo supplies?
Not right now. Keeping our camera engine focused exclusively on inks and needle cartridges during the beta is what allows it to accurately recognize lot numbers and expiration dates. We may expand to other supplies after launch.
Is my inventory private?
Yes, 100%. Your inventory log and photos are locked to your account. We never share, sell, or disclose your stored records or photos — not to suppliers, not to anyone.
What happens to my email?
Zero spam. We’ll only use it to send your beta invitation, key product updates, and early access links. You can unsubscribe in one tap at any time.
Anything else, ask us directly.
